Return policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations prior to shipping or production. If the order is canceled, a full refund will be provided. Please note that once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns (if applicable)
We offer returns on our products. Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return process. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Customers will be charged shipping costs once (this includes return shipping); no restocking fees will be applied.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
